Live outside Madrid and need to send your boots in for repair by courier? With Hípola's nationwide pick-up you can resole your technical footwear without leaving home. It works just like an online shoe-repair service: you message us on WhatsApp, the courier collects the parcel from your address, and we send it back like new within a few days. So you can resole your boots and send them in for repair without ever setting foot in Madrid.
We repair and resole mountain, trail-running, climbing and motocross footwear for customers all over Spain — Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Bilbao, Zaragoza, Málaga, Galicia, Asturias, the Basque Country, Andalusia and any province on the mainland. We also repair for customers in the Canary Islands, Balearics, Ceuta and Melilla, where you arrange the shipping to the workshop. Same workshop, same materials (Vibram, Five Ten, Pegafort) and the same heat-seal on every resole as if you came to our workshop in Usera, Madrid.

From €18 round trip on the mainland. We confirm the exact price on WhatsApp once you send your postcode. In the Canary Islands, Balearics, Ceuta and Melilla you arrange and cover the shipping to the workshop.
How is the footwear shipped?+
We generate the courier label, you receive it by email and stick it on the box. The courier collects from your address at the time that suits you.
How do I pay for the repair if I live outside Madrid?+
Bank transfer or Bizum before we send the footwear back, once you've seen and accepted the fixed quote.
Can I track the shipment?+
Yes. We send you the courier tracking number for each leg (out and back) on WhatsApp.
What if the footwear is damaged in transit?+
It's covered by the courier's insurance. In 6+ years of nationwide service we've had no serious incident.
Can I send my boots for repair from another city in Spain?+
Yes. We work on footwear from customers all over Spain — Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Bilbao, Zaragoza, Málaga, Galicia and any province. On the mainland we arrange the round-trip courier; in the Canary Islands, Balearics, Ceuta and Melilla we repair your footwear just the same, but you arrange and cover the shipping to the workshop. In every case we coordinate it over WhatsApp, with no need to travel to Madrid.
Is resoling remotely worth it, or does it cost more?+
It pays off: mountain boots or trail shoes worth €150–250 are resoled from €50–65 plus shipping (from €18 round trip). Resoling without leaving home costs far less than buying new technical footwear.
