What exactly is the Pegafort system?+
It's a professional two-component bonding system that joins the outsole to the midsole on trail shoes (and others). It restores the mechanical integrity lost when the factory adhesive fails. We apply it with a press and controlled heat.
My shoe's midsole is broken on the inside — can it be fixed?+
If it's only the outsole-midsole join, yes. If the foam (EVA or PEBA) is compressed or cracked inside, no — that's the model's lifespan. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll tell you.
Do you resole Vibram Megagrip onto compressed midsoles?+
No. A compressed midsole won't support a new sole: within a few kilometres the midsole gives way and the new sole goes with it. We only resole onto a sound structure.
How much does a full Pegafort job cost on a trail shoe?+
