If the trainers have done over 1000 km, the midsole is usually dead — we tell you before taking on the job.

Serious training
Intervals and long runs. Heel reinforcement + technical insole + deep clean. ~€50.

Testing
Flex test and fit check before we return them. If something isn't right, we do it again.

Do you repair everyday road running shoes (Nike, Adidas, ASICS)?+
Yes. Side restitching, upper reinforcement, new insoles and deep cleaning. What we don't do is resole the whole sole (that only applies to trail).
How much does it cost to replace the insole on running shoes?+
From €15 with a standard insole. If you want a technical insole (Sidas, Currex), we tell you the price beforehand.
My Nike Pegasus smell bad inside — can you fix it?+
Yes. Deep interior cleaning with a disinfectant made for technical fabric, plus a new insole. They come back practically odour-free.
Will the restitching hold up to running marathons?+
Yes. We use high-strength waxed thread. The restitched join holds up for more kilometres than the factory stitching.
And if the sole has a hole in it?+
In road running, a holed sole usually means the midsole is finished. We'll be honest: resoling isn't worth it — the shoes have done their job.
