We process the personal data you voluntarily provide when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone in order to: • Respond to your request for a quote and information • Manage the repair service contracted • Comply with legal and tax obligations We do not send unsolicited commercial communications, nor do we transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

The processing of your data is based on your consent (when you contact us), the performance of the contract (when you contract a service) and compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting).
Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and, thereafter, for the periods legally required (up to 6 years for tax data).
Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties except where legally required. Shipping data may be communicated to courier companies solely to carry out the collection and delivery of the footwear.
