We've been cobblers in Usera (Madrid) since 1984 and we repair every kind of footwear: mountain boots, trail shoes, climbing shoes, motorcycle and ski boots, plus leather and dress shoes. We work with original materials (Vibram, Five Ten, La Sportiva, Pegafort) and give a fixed quote before touching anything.

Your trusted workshop for footwear repair in Madrid

At the Hípola workshop we've been repairing footwear in Madrid for over 40 years. We resole mountain boots with Vibram soles, replace heel tips on dress shoes, re-stitch leather ankle boots and fit new soles to trainers. Every repair starts with a fixed quote on WhatsApp, no surprises.

We're in the Usera district, a short hop from central Madrid, and if you can't come by we collect and return your footwear by courier anywhere in Spain. Pick your type of repair below or message us and we'll tell you what can be done and what it costs.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a repair take?+

Between 5 and 10 working days from when the footwear reaches the workshop, depending on material availability and workload. For nationwide shipping, add 2–3 days each way.

What guarantee does the work carry?+

The Pegafort bonding carries a lifetime guarantee. Materials (outsole, stitching, reinforcements) carry a 6-month guarantee against application defects.

Can I get a no-obligation quote?+

Yes. Send us a photo on WhatsApp at +34 646 550 924 and we'll give you a fixed price before the footwear enters the workshop. If you don't accept, you pay nothing.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Cash and Bizum at the workshop. For nationwide shipping we accept bank transfer and Bizum once the quote is agreed.

Do you issue invoices for businesses?+

Yes, we issue a VAT invoice if you ask when we quote. Useful for sports clubs, federations and the self-employed.

Do you repair dress shoes and everyday footwear, or only technical footwear?+

We repair every kind of footwear. We're known for technical footwear (mountain, trail, climbing), but we also replace heel tips and soles on dress shoes, re-stitch leather ankle boots, fix zips and fit new soles to everyday trainers.

How much does it cost to repair shoes in Madrid?+

It depends on the job: heel tips from a few euros, a trainer resole from €35 and a mountain boot resole from €65. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll give you a fixed price before we start.

Where are you, and do you repair footwear near my area in Madrid?+

The workshop is in the Usera district of Madrid (C. de la Estafeta, 3). We serve customers across Madrid and, if you're far away, we collect and return footwear by courier anywhere in Spain from €18.
