Preguntas frecuentes

Which Vibram sole should I choose: XS Grip or Edge?+

XS Grip gives maximum grip on slabs and bouldering; Edge prioritises edging and precision on crimps. In 4 mm you gain sensitivity, in 5 mm durability. If you're unsure, tell us your grade and the holds that hold you back most and we'll advise.

How many times can climbing shoes be resoled?+

Up to 3–4 resoles, depending on how much the edge and the sole wear down. Once the edge needs replacing every few months, it's worth switching to a new pair.

Can you adjust them if they feel loose after the resole?+

Resoling doesn't change the fit. If the shoe has stretched with use, we can fit a thin insole or replace the sock liner to recover precision.

How long does a climbing shoe resole take?+

Between 5 and 8 working days from when they reach the workshop. If you have a competition or a planned trip, tell us the date and we'll prioritise it.

Can I send climbing shoes from outside Madrid?+

Yes, nationwide pick-up from €18 round trip. We handle the courier from here — you just put the climbing shoes in a box and hand them to the driver.
